List of prices and products.
All prices displayed in the list of our products on the website
are valid, except for typographical error, exclusively for orders
placed through the website.
MOBILITY AND HEALTH SPAIN reserves the right to change its
rates without notice.
In Spain, the Value Added Tax (I.V.A.) will be applied with the
exception of the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla (in these
territories the costs of customs clearance and import taxes will
be borne by the customer, not all items will be shipped outside
mainland Spain). All prices expressed in Euros.
Prices do not include installation of products.
Prices displayed in MOBILITY AND HEALTH SPAIN may be
revised and modified if the conditions require it at any time.
MOBILITY AND HEALTH SPAIN carefully informs its customers of
the products by means of photographs and descriptions in the
data sheet provided by the manufacturers.
The reproduced photographs illustrating the products
presented are not contractual, as they may undergo slight
modifications to the final product, depending on the material
provided by the manufacturer.
If any product is discontinued by the supplier, the customer will
be informed as soon as possible.

Payment methods.
Credit or debit card
All transactions involving the transmission of personal, or bank
data are carried out using a secure environment, a server based
on the standard SSL (Secure Socked Layer) security technology.
All the information you transmit to us travels encrypted over
the network. Likewise, your credit card details are entered
directly on the bank page, in the POS (Bank Point of Sale
Terminal) and are not entered or registered on any MOBILITY
AND HEALTH SPAIN server. When paying by credit or debit card
you will always be asked for the following details: the card
number, the expiration date, and a Validation Code that
matches the last 3 digits of the number printed in italics on the
back of your VISA or MASTERCARD card, thus offering more
guarantees about the security of the transaction.
The order will not be considered effective until our
management department has no bank confirmation of the
transfer. Remind you that the payment has to be made in Euros
and that all possible exchange and bank fees are borne by the
customer.
Transportation.
Transportation is free from 75.00 euros per order. The shipping
time takes between 2 and 4 working days as we are governed
by an efficient service.
It will usually arrive in 3 business days if the order is placed
before 15:00 h, being decisive the volume of the order and the
availability of the products.
If at the time of delivery of the product the customer detects
lack of conformity, that the goods are damaged, it must be
stated on the delivery note of the carrier and communicate it
by email to ….??? on the same day. We recommend that you
always check that the product has been delivered in perfect
condition and it is recommended to always put on the carrier’s
packing slip, CONFORME SALVO EXAMEN, to claim later since
otherwise the carrier agrees to receive the product.

Guarantees
Defects or damage due to improper use or handling of the
material or wear caused by normal use of the material are not
included in this warranty. Decreases in the functionality of the
items are excluded from the coverage of this warranty.
In those incidents that justify the use of the warranty, the
repair, replacement of the item, rebate or return, in the legally
established terms will be eligible. To make use of the warranty
you will have to communicate it in advance to our after-sales
service department, and no goods that have not been
previously authorized for exchange, return or repair are
accepted in our warehouses.
The warranty will lose its value when:
A. No invoice.
B. Some of the warranty or proof of purchase details are
modified, altered or replaced.
C. The appliance is handled without knowledge of the
Technical Service.
Returns
The return is free until 4 days after the date of receipt of the
order. Once the refund is accepted, the amount will be
refunded. In case the order arrives in bad condition, it will be
necessary for the customer to take photos to check the status
of the product and attach it in an email and send it to ……????
It is especially important that the product is perfectly packaged.
In case the products are damaged due to improper packaging,
we will not accept the return. The return of technological
products will also not be accepted if they lack the original seal.
Except for factory defects, changes, or returns on equipment
requiring assembly will not be accepted.
